All products and services offered by Sami Hermes AI Solutions Limited are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods or shipping involved. Upon completing your purchase, access to digital products is granted immediately through the delivery method specified at the time of purchase.

3. Digital Courses & Training - Refund Policy
You may request a refund for digital courses within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have accessed less than 25% of the total course content (measured by modules, lessons, or equivalent units).
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 25% of the course content has been accessed or viewed
- Any downloadable materials, templates, or resources included with the course have been downloaded
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the original purchase date
- A certificate of completion has been issued

4. Software Licenses - Refund Policy
Software license refund eligibility is determined by whether the service has been consumed. You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have not performed any of the following actions:
- Used core features of the licensed software (e.g., generated outputs, exported documents, deployed assets)
- Integrated the software into your business systems or workflows
- Used AI-powered generation features included in the license
Once any of the above actions have been performed, the service is considered "consumed" and all sales are final.
5. Professional Services - Refund Policy
Custom software development, consulting, and advisory services are bespoke in nature. Payment terms, project milestones, and any applicable refund or cancellation provisions are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
In general, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Cancellation of ongoing projects is subject to the termination clauses outlined in the applicable service agreement.
6. Technical Failure Exception
If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of usage status. Technical failure exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require documented evidence of the issue.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your account email, purchase date, product name, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request and verify eligibility within 2 business days

8. Access Revocation

- You are required to delete all locally downloaded copies of materials obtained through the purchase
- Any software licenses associated with the purchase will be revoked
